All Inclusive CPT Application Fee
Certified Performance Technologist application fees are all inclusive. Your fee covers the costs associated with processing your application, evaluation by a qualified CPT reviewer, and issuance of your CPT certificate.
Your CPT Certificate will be published in ISPI.ORG and ACCREDIBLE.COM
No Training Fees
The CPT is the only competency-based PI credential. You do not need to pay to attend training or courses to qualify.
No Exam Fees
The CPT credential is experience-based. You do not need to pay for, or take, an exam to qualify for your CPT.
CPT Certification Fee
ISPI members and students save on CPT certification fees. Once your initial application is approved, you must recertify every three years.

Save Money on your CPT Application
ISPI members and students save on CPT application fees. These fees are all inclusive and include the application, ISPI review, and certification. All CPT certifications are valid for 3 years.
CPT Eligibility Requirements
Do you meet all requirements? Get started with your application.
Experience
You must have 3 + years experience in performance improvement or a related field.
Verifiable Competency
You must have verifiable competency in the ISPI 10 Standards across multiple projects.
Your application must include:
- Detailed descriptions of work performed in multiple projects in a manner that demonstrates the use of each of the Standards
- Attestations from internal/external clients or supervisors.
Note: You can but do not have to take a CPT preparation workshop (see FAQ below).
