Certified Developer of Training (CDT)
ISPI is proud to announce that we are partnering with Hale Associates to offer a new performance-based certification - Certified Developer of Training . The research by Georgetown University and the Institute for Credentialing Excellence shows a positive correlation between earnings and certifications. Certified Facilitator of Training (CFT)
Certified Facilitator or Training (CFT) is a performance-based certification for professionals whose work demonstrates four standards - facilitation, learning, assessment, and professionalism. CFTs submitted videos of their facilitation of learning events for peer review supported by evaluations and attestations. The CFT is being adopted by organizations to qualify their internal and contract trainers.
