    Dr. Ria Roy MBA, MSHFID, M.S.

    Committee Chair

    Her experiences have been in areas of consulting, strategy and commercialization, setting up SBUs, knowledge management systems, commercial analytics and decision support, new product planning, and consulting. Her research interests lie in the development of the field of P.I, management and leadership, organization design, strategy and strategic foresight, innovation, and the future of work.

    Dr. Kasi Guillot

    Board Liason

    She currently serves as the Chief Analytics Officer and LLC Partner for Central Creativity. She has a Master of Education in Instructional Technology with a specialization in Human Performance Technology from the University of West Florida and a current doctoral candidate at Franklin University. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, her focus involves utilizing technology to drive performance improvement to address performance and organizational issues in education programs.

    Dr. Deri Draper Amason

    Committee Member

    Dr. Deri Draper Amason brings a unique approach to performance improvement, using maturity models to gauge training readiness. Her extensive knowledge of instructional systems technology allows her to craft and evaluate educational programs that significantly boost effectiveness and readiness in organizational environments.

    Dr. Rose Baker

    Committee Member

    Rose is an Associate Professor of Learning Technologies at UNT, researching open learning, performance improvement, and game design. With a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems and certifications in project management, she leverages diverse expertise to enhance learning experiences. Dr. Baker actively contributes to the field as an associate editor and conference presenter.

    Dr. Czeropski is a Learning and development le,eader with 40+ years of experience driving business results through innovative learning solutions. Her expertise spans eLearning, training, and organizational development, making her a champion for transformative change. A certified performance technologist, Dr. Czeropski has a passion for empowering organizations through learning across industries.

    Dr. Priyanka Dave

    Committee Member

    Dr. Priyanka Dave is an accomplished learning and performance improvement leader with over a decade of experience in academia, IT, aerospace, and Biotech across the USA and India. She holds dual PhDs in Management (Nirma University, India) and Behavioral Science (Western Michigan University, USA). As Upskilling Lead and Learning Process Owner for Oregon State University’s Administrative Modernization Program, she leads a university-wide initiative to prepare employees for evolving, digitally driven roles. Her expertise spans learning and development, performance improvement, and organizational change, with a track record of delivering evidence-based solutions that strengthen capability, boost performance, and achieve measurable organizational outcomes.

    Dr. Holley Handley

    Committee Member

    She is the coordinator for the University of West Florida’s Instructional and Performance Technology EdD program, drawing on diverse prior experience in education. Her passion lies in applying Performance Improvement, P.I., principles to enhance learning and performance across various settings. Her research explores integrating P.I. into academic programs to strengthen student outcomes.

    Dr. John Turner

    Committee Member

    He is a former ABB engineer who brings real-world experience to Texas A&M University. He co-created The Flow System methodology and authored influential books on agility and lean thinking. Editor of Performance Improvement Quarterly, his research focuses on leadership, decision-making, and team effectiveness.
