    Artificial Intelligence is reshaping how organizations analyze, solve, and sustain performance. The AI4PI Journey equips professionals to apply AI responsibly within performance improvement practice—ensuring every solution remains ethical, human-centered, and aligned with organizational goals.

    You will explore how AI supports every phase of the performance improvement process, from analysis and design to implementation and evaluation, using the AI4PI Framework, four guiding principles, and six process steps introduced in Performance Improvement Journal (2024).

    Upon successfully completing the Journey and associated project activities, participants receive the AI4PI Journey Certificate of Completion—a recognition of readiness to integrate AI ethically and effectively in performance improvement initiatives.

    This certificate also prepares you for the professional Certified AI4PI Technologist (CAIT) credential, launching in 2026. (The Journey is recommended, not required.)
